On the Interactive Relationship between Research and Teaching

高校科研与教学是辩证统一的关系。从教师、学生、学校等角度来看,二者均是互为贯通、相长相促的,科研是以教学为基础的科研,教学是以科研为辅助的教学,要科学地处理好科研与教学的关系,注重合理运用研究路径,建立科学、合理的评价机制,形成良性引导、激励效应,从而积极推进高校教育事业健康发展。

In colleges or universities research and teaching is a dialectical unity.Studied from the perspectives of teachers,students and schools,they are proved to be interacted and interpromoted.Research is a supplement to teaching while teaching is an extension of research.It is necessary to handle their relationship scientifically.Research should be based on teaching while teaching should be assisted by research.It is expected to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system and a positive effect of guide and excitation.Hence,research and teaching can be positively interacted so as to advance the development of higher education.
