书院教育对我国当代高等教育的启示

书院作为我国古代独具特色的教育组织形式,在长期的教育教学实践中形成了人格教育坚持以人为本、教学思想坚持兼容并包、学术研究坚持不断创新、书院管理坚持独立自主等特点。而我国当代高等教育出现了道德教育政治化、教学思想直线化、学术研究功利化、高校管理行政化等弊端。书院的珍贵经验对当代我国高等教育的改革与发展具有重大意义。

The academy,as a peculiar educational organization in ancient times,formed the following features in the long educational practices： ＂putting people first＂ personality education,inclusive teaching thought,innovative academic research,independent management,etc.Now our modern higher education has many shortcomings such as the politicized moral education,straight-lined teaching thought,utilitarianism of academic research,administration of management.Precious experience of the academy has significant influence on modern higher education.
