摘要
美国大学校友会历史悠久,经历了捐赠渊源、初步创立、稳步发展和理性发展四个阶段。在各种社会因素综合的基础上,美国大学与校友会逐步寻找到了互利互惠的发展思路与模式,其成功经验值得我们认真思考与理性借鉴。
American university alumni association has a long history.It has experienced four developing stages,which are the donated origin stage,the preliminary establishment stage,the steadily development stage and the rational development stage.Based on the various social factors,American university and alumni gradually find the development ideas and patterns which is mutual benefit for each other.We should think about their successful experiences deeply and reference them rationally.
