32例极低出生体重早产儿综合救治的临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of 32 Cases of Comprehensive Treatment of Premature Infants with Very Low Birth Weight

目的探讨极低出生体重早产儿的综合救治方案。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2012年6月收治的32例极低出生体重早产儿的临床资料。结果 32例极低出生体重早产儿经呼吸支持治疗和营养支持治疗、早期干预和预防各种并发症等综合救治,29例患儿存活,并且生存质量高,仅有2例有神经系统后遗症,均未出现视网膜病变及胆红素脑病。结论早期采用综合救治方案进行治疗,不仅可以提高极低出生体重早产儿的生存率,还可以减轻其脑损伤,减少神经系统后遗症的发生或减轻其程度,降低脑性瘫痪的发生率。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive treatment of premature infants with very low birth weight. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 32 ca- ses of premature infants with very low birth weight admitted to hospital from 2010 to 2012. Re- sults 32 cases of very low birth weight premature infants were treated by comprehensive treat- ment, including early intervention and prevention of various complications such as respiratory and nutritional support. 29 cases survived and had higher quality of life, only two cases suf- fered from neurological sequelae, all of them had no retinopathy and bilirubin encephalopathy. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment program includes early emphasis on treatment of re- spiratory and nutritional support, intervention and prevention of complications of treatment, which can not only improve the survival rate of VLBW children,but also reduce brain damage, the occurrence of neuroloaical seauelae and the incidence of cerebral palsv.
