摘要
劳务派遣这一新的用工形式,为企业的灵活用工带来了便捷,同时降低了企业的用工成本及管理费用,减少了企业的劳动纠纷,因而备受企业的青睐,近年来得到了快速的发展。但这一新的用工形式在运行的过程中也存在诸多不规范的情况,如企业滥用劳务派遣,劳务派遣员工待遇低下,劳务派遣工没有归属感,劳务派遣机构自身鱼龙混杂等,这给用工市场的健康发展带来了隐患。因此如何解决上述问题,对促进用工市场的健康发展和建立和谐的劳资关系,有着重要的现实意义。本文即从劳务派遣机构的发展现状、存在问题等方面入手,提出改进的建议及对策,并对实施路径进行分析,希望能达到促进我国劳务派遣市场的健康规范发展的目的。
Thanks to its convenience, flexibility and cost saving, labor dispatch, a new form of employment, has been greatly favored by enterprises and achieved rapid development in recent years. However, there exist some malpractices such as abuse of labor dispatch, low wages and no sense of belongings of dispatch workers, which leads to potential problems to healthy development of labor market. It is of great importance to solve the problems. This paper analyzes the current situations and problems of labor dispatch agencies and proposes some strategic solutions to achieve healthy development of labor dispatch market.
