摘要
从无卤FCCL和覆盖膜相关专利入手,分析了环氧体系所用的增韧剂,综合来看以丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯和聚酯为三大流派,同时有日本专利采用酚氧树脂或聚酰胺酰亚胺来改性环氧树脂,此外亦公开了多种新型弹性体的合成方法,并将其成功运用于三层法FCCL和覆盖膜的制备。
The toughening agents for 3L-FCCL were analysed according to the patents of halogen-free FCCL ande coverlay. In general, NBR,acrylic ester and PET were the three important roadmap, meanwhile phenoxy resin or PAl was used to modify epoxy resin by some Japan patents. Besides, kinds of new elastomer were diclosed, and those elastomer were used for 3L-FCCL.
