不同分散剂对制备NiO/SDC粉体粒度和团聚的影响研究

摘要 采用柠檬酸法制备NiO/SDC粉体,研究了不同分散剂对制备NiO/SDC粉体粒度和团聚的影响。借助X-射线衍射仪,透射电子显微镜对粉体形貌进行分析,激光粒度仪对NiO/SDC粉体粒径分布和比表面积进行测定。结果表明:添加非离子型分散剂聚乙二醇6000的NiO/SDC粉体具有最小的体积平均粒径1.758μm,最大的比表面积6.44m2/g和最小的表面积平均粒径0.932μm,具有最好的分散效果。 NiO/SDC powders were prepared by improved nitrate-citric acid method, discvssed the particle size and agglomeration with different disporsants. Morphology of powders was investigated by XRD and TEM. Specific surface area and particle size of powders were tested by laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that the NiO/SDC powders prepared with PEG6000 had the best dispersion effect,with least average particle size, maximal surface area and least surface area average particle size, the values were 1. 758μm, 6.44mZ/g and 0. 932μm respectively.
