我国土地整治的实践创新与理论进步——国土资源部土地整治中心副主任郧文聚研究员接受本刊专访

Progress and Innovation in the Theory and Practice of Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation in China——Exclusive Interview with Dr.YUN Wen-Ju,Deputy Director of China Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation

2012年11月13日下午,本刊编委、上海市地质调查研究院副总工程师李勤奋教授与本刊编辑部主任、上海市地质调查研究院总工程师办公室副主任龚士良教授专程赴京拜访了国土资源部土地整治中心副主任、国土资源部农用地质量与监控重点实验室主任郧文聚研究员,并代表《上海国土资源》期刊进行了专题访谈。郧主任针对土地整治中的实践与理论诸方面问题,阐述了土地整治的作用与意义,分析了我国土地整治工作的实践特色以及存在的主要问题;结合生态文明建设与全国土地整治规划,指出深化土地整治的重点工作内容与发展方向;提出了进一步加强土地整治科学研究理论进步与发展的建议。

Dr. YUN Wen-Ju, Deputy Director of China Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation, Director of the Key Laboratory of Monitoring and Control for Agricultural Land Quality of the Ministry of Land and Resources of PRC, was interviewed exclusively by the Journal of Shanghai Land ＆ Resources in the afternoon of November 13, 2012. Dr. YUN Wen-Ju expounds the purpose of land reclamation in relation to land consolidation and rehabilitation, and analyzes the practices and problems of land reclamation in China. He also discusses key projects and the development of land reclamation in the context of ecological civilization construction and the national land renovation plan. Lastly, he suggests further measures to strengthen theoretical research on land reclamation.
