钻井液温度稳定剂WDW的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对常用钻井液聚合物增粘剂及降滤失剂高温降解后导致钻井液流变性及滤失性发生很大变化的问题,在室内开展了钻井液温度稳定剂的研制。利用丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和苯乙烯基硫脲3种单体。采用自由基水溶液共聚法合成温度稳定剂(WDW),评价了WDW对聚合物增粘剂、降滤失剂及磺化类降滤失剂抗温性的影响,并分析其作用机理。结果表明,该剂能提高聚合物增粘剂、降滤失剂及磺化类降滤失剂抗温能力10~20℃,有效地解决了磺化类降滤失剂高温交联问题。该剂应用在江汉油田、华北油田无固相钻井液体系中,取得了良好效果。
