摘要
建立二级学院管理制是高职院校内部管理体制改革和专业(群)建设发展的一种新思路。在一级学院(学校)、二级学院、专业群三级建制中,二级学院的教育管理处于中心地位。这里以浙江工商职业技术学院为例,探讨高职院校二级学院成为教学管理中心的运作方法和管理措施。
The Construction of secondary-college-centered management system is a new idea of inner management system innovation and construction development of specialty group in vocational college. Among upper-level institute （school）, secondary institute and tertiary institute construction of specialty group, the teaching management of secondary institute is in the central position. In the case study of Zhejiang Business Technology institute, this paper discusses the operation methods and management measures of secondary-college-centered teaching management in vocational college.
