针对异形水晶汤圆生产中人工参与因素导致的食品安全隐患,通过齿轮齿条机构与气动相结合,利用单片机控制实现了汤圆接盘的自动摆放。从而一定程度上实现了汤圆的自动化生产,提高了其安全性,同时降低了生产成本,为水晶汤圆走出岛门奠定了基础。

According to the potential food safety hazard caused by artificial participation factors in the production of special shaped crystal dumplings,this study used SCM control to realize the automatic arrangement of dumpling through a gear rack mechanism and pneumatic combination. Therefore, it realized dumpling automatic production to a certain extent, improved the security, and reduced the production cost, and laid the foundation of crystal bails out of the island.
