需要视角下信奉基督大学生的皈依行为窥探——以温州地区高校为例

An Analysis of College Students' Conversion to Christianity from the Prospective of Needs——A Case Study of Colleges in Wenzhou

在当代大学生群体中,信奉基督的大学生不少,其皈依行为的动因是什么?这里通过对这类大学生的深度访谈和问卷调查,从需求角度对此进行了研究。初步分析认为大学生内在需求是皈依行为产生和维系的主要原因所在,它包括促进自我同一性发展的需要、情感归属需要、社会支持需要、追求完美的需要等四个方面。文中对如何做好信教学生的管理和引导提出了思考。

There are a number of Christians among contemporary college students. What does it cause their conversion behaviors？ From the prospective of college students＇ inner needs, this paper analyses the factors for their conversion by taking in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The study reveals that the inner needs is the most important factor for college students＇ conversion, which mainly includes five types： promoting ego-identity development, emotional affiliation, social support, and pursuiting for perfect. According to these findings, the paper makes further reflection of management and guidance for religious students.
