面对新的环境和学习任务的较大变化,许多大学新生表现出诸多不适应的问题已经引起学校乃至社会上广泛关注。从高中生向大学生转型的视角探讨对大学新生教育工作是帮助大学新生成功转型,使其顺利完成大学学业的重要途径。因此,需要让大学新生了解进入大学后面临角色的转型、学习方式的转型、生活方式的转型和人际交往方式的转型,以及由此所引发的不适,从而采取相应的对策合理引导他们应对转型。

Facing to new environment and the change of learning tasks, many freshmen in college are not adapted to them, which has been concerned by college and society. From the standpoint of college students＇ transformation, this paper will discuss freshmen education for how to help them transform successfully so as to accomplish the college studies. Therefore, it is necessary for students to understand role transformation, learning style transformation, living transformation, interpersonal communication transformation, and the possible discomforts they will encounter so as to adopt the relative countermeasures for these transformations.
