2011年聊城市艾滋病筛查网络实验室质量考评结果分析

[目的]了解聊城市艾滋病筛查实验室管理现状,考核实验室检测工作质量,进一步健全聊城市艾滋病筛查实验室检测网络。[方法]2011年10月,依据《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》要求,制定统一考核标准,对辖区内28个筛查实验室采取盲样检测、现场考评的方法进行结合考评。[结果]参加考评的共28家筛查实验室,其中疾控系统8家、医疗系统17家、采供血机构3家;考核优秀的实验室26家、考核良好实验室1家、考核不合格的1家。[结论]聊城市艾滋病筛查网络实验室体系建设运转良好,检测工作符合规范,能够满足目前艾滋病检测工作的需要。

[Objective]To understand the situation of AIDS screening laboratories management in Liaocheng city, examine the quality of laboratory testing work, so as to further improve AIDS screening laboratory network. [Methods]Based on the national HIV testing technology standard requirement, make unified evaluation standard, 28 screening laboratories were examined with blind sample testing, on-site assessment methods for evaluation, October 2011.[Results]In the evaluation of 28 screening laboratories, in which the disease control system 8, the medical system 17, blood collection organization 3, assessment of excellent laboratory 26,1 assessment of good laboratory, 1 unqualified in the assessment. [Conclusion]The AIDS screening laboratory network system runs well in Liaocheng city, and the test specifications can meet the needs of AIDS testing work.
