摘要
高校生命科学实验室的安全管理是实验室正常运转和教学科研工作顺利进行的基本保障,关乎国家财产安全,师生生命安全。基于高校生命科学实验室安全管理的特点,提出其安全管理建设工作需要转变管理理念,并给出了在实践和探索生命科学实验室安全管理建设中取得的经验和成效。
Safety management of life science laboratories in universities is of great importance for laboratory operation, teaching and research work. It is also critical for the security of state property ,physical and psychological care of teachers and students. Based on the characteristic of safety management of life science laboratories in universities, this paper pointed out that the construction of laboratory safety management should change management idea. The experience and effectiveness of practice and exploration in the construction of laboratory safety management in Cyrus Tang Hematology Center of Soochow University are presented.
