现代教育技术下国外机械类创新型人才培养模式及启示

Foreign modes of cultivating mechanical-major innovative talents under modern educational technology and its implications

针对高等学校机械类创新型人才的培养问题,从课程设置、教学方式以及考核方式三个方面,重点分析了美国内华达里诺大学、新加坡国立大学等国外大学在现代教育技术下机械类创新型人才的培养模式,总结了国外高校在现代教育技术下创新教育的教学特点,并由此提出了对我国高校机械类创新型人才培养的几点启示。

In view of the problem of cultivating mechanical-major innovative talents in universities, this paper analyzes the modes of training undergraduates under the modem educational technologies from the respective of course syllabus, teaching methods, and course assessment method, especially the modes in University of Reno Nevada and National University of Singapore are emphasized and discussed in this paper, characteristics of education in these foreign universities are summarized and implications to the cultivation of mechanical-major innovative talents in Chinese universities are proposed thereafter.
