Functional requirements and configuration standards of ECDIS simulators

为满足STCW公约2010年马尼拉修正案中关于电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)的培训、考试及发证要求,根据IMO关于ECDIS的性能标准和中国海事局履约要求,研究ECDIS综合模拟器系统的组成结构及ECDIS模拟器的功能要求,提出建设ECDIS模拟器的3种规范的配置方案和标准,为我国ECDIS模拟器研究者及各航海院校提供指导性建议.

To meet the requirements on the training, examination and certification of ECDIS in the STCW 2010 Manila Amendments, according to IMO ECDIS performance standard and performing requirements of China Maritime Safety Administration rules, the framework of the integrated ECDIS simulator and the functional requirements of the ECDIS simulator are studied, and three kinds of optimal solutions and standards for building ECDIS simulators are presented, which provides instructional recommendations for ECDIS simulator researchers and all maritime colleges.
