摘要
为充分利用浮筏隔振系统的潜在特性,设计岸基空气压缩机浮筏隔振系统.运用有限元模型(Finite Element Model,FEM)软件对该系统的主要参数进行模拟研究,获得相应的系统动力特性.结果表明,较小的隔振器刚度和较大的中间筏体质量能有效改善系统低频隔振特性.该研究可为船舶隔振设计提供相关理论依据.
In order to make full use of the potential characteristics of floating raft vibration isolation sys- tem, a shore-based air compressor floating raft vibration isolation system is designed. The Finite Element Model (FEM) software is applied to the simulation study of the main parameters of the system, and the corresponding dynamic characteristics of the system is obtained. The result shows that smaller stiffness of isolators and larger mass of the middle raft body can effectively improve the low frequency vibration isola- tion characteristics of the system. This study provides relevant theoretical basis for ship vibration isolation design.
