摘要
压力管理是人力资源管理的重要内容,正确认识和把握大学青年教师的压力状况,并运用各种方式及时疏导和调节,从而尽可能地减轻过重压力给教师造成的不良影响。在掌握第一手资料的基础上,运用现代管理学的基本理论,采用理论和实证相结合的方法,提出研究假设,编制调查问卷。在信度检验的基础上,采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析等方法,分别对个人属性变量、情景变量以及青年教师压力感受之间进行了差异性分析和相关分析。结果表明,X大学青年教师职称评审难度大、科研要求高、培养力度不够、福利待遇低、社交沟通缺乏。不仅为X大学青年教师管理提供了参考,还对其他同类高校具有一定的借鉴作用。
Stress management is an important content of human resource management. It is very important to know and hold the pressure conditions of university young teachers and use various ways to promptly dredge and regulate them in order to reduce adverse effects caused by more pressure on young teachers. On the basis of first-hand information, and applying basic theory of modern management, adopting the combined methods of theory and demonstration, the research hypothesis is put forward and the questionnaires are formulated. Based on the reliability in information, and using such methods as the independent sample T-test, the single factor analysis of variance and the correlation analysis, this thesis also carries out variance analysis and relevant analysis respectively among individual attribute variables, the situation variables and pressure perception of young teachers. The analytical results indicate that many problems of young teachers in X University are existed, such as the difficulty of professional ranks and titles assessment, excessive requirements on scientific research, inadequate training, low welfare and lack of social communication. This study not only provides reference for young teachers in X University, but also has a certain successful experience to other similar colleges and universities.
