中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并血小板减少60例的疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并血小板减少的临床疗效.方法将60例SLE合并血小板减少的患者随机分为中西结合组(30例)和西药组(30例)。西药组以激素、免疫抑制剂为主,中西结合组在激素、免疫抑制剂基础上加用自拟中药方药治疗。两组均连续治疗观察3个月。主要观察白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白指标变化。结果与结论治疗3个月后治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。

Objective To observe the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of SLE complicated with thrombocytopenia clinical curative effect. Methods 60 cases with SLE complicated with thrombocytopenia patients were randomly divided into the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine group （ n = 30） and a western medicine group, with hormones, immunosuppressive, Chinese and western combined group in hormones, immunosuppressive agents based on the use of prescription drugs in the treatment of. The two groups were observed after 3 months of continuous treatment. Primary observation of white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin index changes. Results and conclusion After 3 months of treatment the curative effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）
