双眼视功能训练在弱视治疗中的作用

The train of binocular single vision in the treatment of amblyopia

目的 :探讨双眼视功能训练在弱视治疗中的作用。方法 :将经综合疗法治疗后双眼视力≥ 0 .6的88例双眼视功能障碍的弱视儿童随机分为二组 ,治疗组 5 8例进行同视机双眼视功能训练 ,对照组 30例仅进行同视机闪烁训练 ,观察 6天。结果 :治疗组患儿的弱视基本痊愈率 ,立体视锐度正常率明显提高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :提示双眼视功能训练对于提高弱视儿童的基本痊愈率。

Objective:To evaluate the function of the binocular single vision train in the treatment of amblyopia.Methods:Amblyopic children whose visual acuities reached 0.6 or over after treated by sythetic therapy were examined with synoptescope,among which 88 cases with abnormal fusion were found.They were divided into two groups.The treated group with 58 cases carried on binocular single vision train and the control group with 30 cases went on flicker-train in the synoptescope.The course was 6 days. Results:The basic recovery rate and the stereoacuity normal rate of the cure group improved obviously.Compared with the control group,there are significantly different(χ2 test,P<0.005). Conclusion:The train of binocular single vision is useful to improve the basic recovery shuarate of amblyopia,to shorten cure course and to establish and strengthen stereopsis.
