银川市育智学校47例弱智儿童病因调查及智能测试结果分析

目的 对 47例弱智儿童病因调查及智能测试。方法 采用韦氏智力测验、绘人试验及婴儿—初中生社会生活能力量表三项测试。并对家长进行病史询问。结果 围产期保健工作质量不高是造成儿童智残的重要因素 ,韦氏智测与绘人试验结果一致 ;调查儿童中有 78.7%社会适应能力低下。结论 加强围产期保健工作对提高人口质量至关重要 ;

Objcetives To investigate and analyse the causes of mentally retarded children and the results of intelligence tests.Methods 47 mentally retarded children were tested with wechsler test,draw-a-men test and social adaptation scale for infant to junior middle school′s student.Their medical hisory and family history were also researched through their parents.Results inferior of health care in perinatal period is a important factor being related to mentally development retardation;In this point,wechsler test accorded with draw-a-man test of these children,78.7% have a poor social adaptability.Conclusions To strengthen the health care in perinatal period is very important for the improvement of population quality.Special education is the most important treatment measure for mentally rearded children.
