紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠血清中过氧化氢酶活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。[方法]采用D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老法制备小鼠衰老模型,随机分组,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖,测定小鼠血清中CAT的活性。[结果]正常对照组与各治疗组的CAT活力明显高于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。紫花地丁总黄酮中、低剂量组提高小鼠血清CAT的活力的作用强于紫花地丁多糖中、低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖高剂量组之间差异无统计学意义。[结论]紫花地丁总黄酮和多糖对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性具有提高的作用。 [Objective] To research the influence of Flavonoid and Polysaccharides in Viola yedoensis Makino on the activity of serum catalase (CAT) in mice. [Methods] The mice were divided into eight groups after injection of D-galactose to make subacute aging model, and then, each group mice were fed drug. The CAT activity in serum was detected. [Results] CAT activity of normal control group and the treatment group was obviously higher than model control groups(P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). The improvement of Flavonoid on the activity of CAT in middle and low dose group was significant than Polysaccharides group (P〈0.05), There was no significant difference between high dose groups. [Conclusion] The study shows that Flavonoid and Polysaccharides in Viola yedoensis Makino can significantly improve the activity of CAT.
