乳化柴油静电雾化的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 首次采用环电极-针孔喷嘴结构的静电雾化装置对由80%的0﹟柴油、19%的水以及1%的乳化剂配制的乳化柴油进行了静电雾化的试验研究,利用三维粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对静电雾化射流核心区域一梯形平面内93个测量点进行了雾滴特性以及流场的在线测试。研究发现,乳化柴油射流在高压静电场中其雾滴尺寸将随静电场强度的增大而有规律地减少,且其粒径的均匀度得到较好的体现;高压静电场的施加使得荷电射流流场的雾炬张大,而且随静电场不断增加至6kV,流场边缘细小雾滴还将出现静电'卷吸'现象。该结果表明比起常规雾化手段,静电雾化技术的介入使得乳化柴油的雾化质量得到一定程度提高,这对于提高其燃烧效率及降低排放具有良好的应用前景。 =Experimental study of the electrostatic atomization of emulsified diesel comprising of 80% 0 ~ diesel, 19 % water and 1% emulsifying agent was performed initially under needle-an- nularity electrode configuration system. Focusing on the 93 selective data testing points of the core spray area, Particle Dynamic Analyzer (PDA) was applied to measure the characteristics of emulsified diesel droplets and flow field respectively. In the high voltage electrostatic field, it was found that the droplets size of emulsified diesel was minimized and its uniform degree of distribu- tion was improved regularly with the increase of strength of the electrostatic field; moreover, a electrostatic entrainment phenomena was found with the small droplets at the edge of the testing area while the applied voltage above 6kV. The experiment results show that, comparing with conventional spray methods, electrostatic atomization technology improves emulsified diesel atomization quality, which has a good application prospect on increasing the combustion efficiency and decreasing emission.
