摘要
为了提高应变天平的整体结构刚度,设计者往往会采取尽量缩短矩形截面弹性元件'长度'尺寸L的措施,这就导致基于材料力学'杆件'扭转变形理论得出的扭转应变计算值与天平实际校准得出的应变值产生较大的误差。以扭转应变数值仿真结果εf为基准,分析了矩形截面元件的'长度'尺寸L对扭转应变工程方法计算结果εe准度的影响,并给出了两个验证算例。
In order to increase the whole stiffness of a balance structure, the length of the elastic component with rectangular cross-section is generally shorten, which brings errors between the strain calculation based on the theory of rod torsion distortion in mechanics of materials and the strain obtained from the balance calibration. This paper takes the numerical emulation result as a reference and analyses the effects of the length L of the elastic component on the torsion strain obtained by engineering method. Two validated examples are also provided.
