The Analysis of the Reasons and the Prevention of the Medical Disputes

目的探讨医疗纠纷形成的原因。方法从医院、患者和社会因素3个层面,对医疗纠纷形成的原因进行剖析,并对如何杜绝和减少医疗纠纷提出建议。结果医疗纠纷的成因既有医患自身存在的问题,也有体制机制、医疗保障、社会环境的因素。结论构建和谐就医环境需要社会、医务人员和患者共同努力。

Objectives To explore the reasons of the medical disputes. Methods The reasons for the formation of the medical disputes were analyzed from three aspects of hospital, patients and social factors, and providing advices on how to eliminate and reduce the medical disputes. Results The reasons for the formation of the medical dispute were not only the hospitals and the patients themselves, but also the system, the medical insurance, and the social factors. Conclusions Building a harmonious medical care environment requires the ioint efforts of the social, the medical staff and the patients.
