布地奈德、硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨布地奈德、硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:将80例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组在综合治疗基础上给予布地奈德、硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗,对治疗前后两组患儿症状、体征消失天数和治愈率进行比较。结果:治疗组在治愈率,缓解症状、体征的治疗作用方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可缩短疗程,疗效好。
