持续定压气体组织扩张术初步报告 被引量:4

摘要 研究更简便的持续组织扩张方法。 方法 :制作气囊缓冲定压注气系统 ,选择15例皮肤瘢痕患者作皮肤气体扩张观察。 结果 :自制的气囊定压注气系统具有体积小、重量轻和便于携带的特点。 15个患者 2 7个扩张部位在 40~ 80 m m Hg的灌注压下 8天~ 12天完成扩张 ,患者平均住院时间为 2 9.7± 5 .8天。患者对扩张的反应与常规注水扩张法相同。扩张过程中有气体外透现象 ,未发现有害表现。结论 :定压气体组织扩张是一种更简便的持续快速扩张法 ,有一定的研究价值。 Obiective:To study a much easier continuous tissue expansion technique. Method:An air inflation system with a rubber buffer bag and a hand-pump was made for continuous expansion, and fifteen patients with skin cicatrix were collected for air expansion evaluation. Results:The air inflation system was small and easy to be carried.Under inflation pressure of 40~80mmHg,air inflation of all expanders were completed in the duration of 8~12days.The average hospitalized time of fifteen patients was 29.7±5.8days.Air outer-penetration phenomenon of expanders was found,but without harmful appearance. Conclusion:Continuous pressure-controlled air inflation could achieve fast and simple expansion,which is worth investigating further.
