肠结核2例临床病理分析及文献复习

Two cases of intestinal tuberculosis clinical pathological analysis and literature review

目的:探讨增殖型、溃疡型肠结核的临床、病理学特点和鉴别诊断。方法:对该病例的临床资料、病理学相关资料进行分析并复习相关文献。结果:肠结核多见于中老年人,患者多同时合并肺结核,无特征性的临床表现,病变肠组织肉眼检查有一定的形态学特征,显微镜下观察见典型的结核结节形成。结论:肠结核病变肉眼形态有一定特点,肠镜检查可以借此特点提出建议与意见,病理诊断结合细菌学检查可做出最终诊断。

Objective Study the clinical,pathological characteristics and differential diagnosis of proliferative and ulcerative intestinal tuberculosis.Methods Analyzed the two cases of clinical data and histopathologic correlation data,reviewed correlation literature.Results Intestinal tuberculosis patients were most in elderly,with pulmonary tuberculosis usually.This patients had no characteristic clinical manifestations,lesions of the gut tissue naked-eye inspection had certain morphological characteristics,observed under the microscope to see the typical tuberculous nodule.Conclusion Intestinal tuberculosis lesions morphology has certain characteristics,colonoscopy can take the characteristics suggestions and opinions,pathological diagnosis and bacteriological examination can make a final diagnosis.
