血管回声跟踪技术定量评价甲状腺功能减低颈动脉弹性的临床研究

摘要 目的:应用血管回声跟踪技术(ET)定量评价甲状腺功能减低患者的颈动脉弹性。方法:研究对象为30例甲状腺功能减低患者,男12例,女18例,平均年龄(35.31±6.38)岁,30例正常者,应用血管回声跟踪技术检测双侧颈动脉的弹性系数(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(AC)动脉弹性指标。结果:甲状腺功能减低患者的β、Ep、为甲状腺功能减低组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),AC甲状腺功能减低组明显低于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管回声跟踪技术能够早期、简便、准确地反映甲状腺功能减低的血管功能变化。 Objective To make a quantitative evaluation on carotid artery elasticity in patients with hypothyroidism by using echo - tracking technique (ET). Method The subjects were 30 patients with hypothyroidism, 12 males and 18 females with the mean age of ( 35.31±6.38) years old, and 30 healthy subjects. Echo - tracking technique was used to evaluate the bilateral carotid artery elastic param- eters (EP), arterial stiffness (β) and arterial compliance (AC) elastic index. Results The β and Ep of the group including patients with hypothyroidism were obviously higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ), the differences of β and Ep between the two groups were statistically significant, (2) AC of the hypothyroid group was evidently lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the difference of AC between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The echo - tracking technique can be used to easily and accurately re- flect the changes in vascular function in an early period.
