脐血干细胞移植治疗压疮性溃疡创面 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨脐血干细胞移植在压疮性溃疡创面的临床治疗效果。方法:20例严重压疮溃疡创面患者随机分为脐血干细胞移植治疗组(观察组)和常规治疗组(对照组),每组各10例,两组均经常规的外科清创换药治疗,观察组在创面清创换药的基础上,加脐血干细胞的创基及创周多点注射和静脉滴注,干细胞总量在1×108/L以上;对照组主要以外科清创换药为主。结果:观察组经脐血干细胞移植治疗后,创面肉芽生长速度增快,浅腔变小、创面变平,多数可以通过简单的植皮手术封闭创面,效果明显优于对照组。结论:脐血干细胞移植治疗Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度压疮创面,能改善创面及创周血运,促进肉芽生长,并改善全身机体状态,是治疗老年体弱多病压疮患者的有效方法。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect on the patients with ulcer bedsores by transplantation of umbilical cord blood stem cells (UCBSC). Method Twenty cases of the patients with serious bedsores were randomly divided into a treatment group of 10 cases and a control group of 10 eases. Two group were treated with conventional debridement and drugs for external application,while the treatment group was additional treated with injection UCBSC ( cell numbers 〉 1×108 ). Results The granulation tissue growed rapidly and the sore flatted of treatment group with UCBSC. Conclusion Injection UCBSC could improve local circulation and the granulation tissue growth of sore and whole body state. So injection UCBSC to treat the old patients with bedsores is an effective method.
