摘要 目的:探讨高同性半胱氨酸血症与阿尔茨海默病患者(AD)之间的关系。方法:选择阿尔茨海默病患者67例,健康对照者70例以采用酶免疫化学发光法测定血清tHcy水平。结果:阿尔茨海默病患者tHcy水平显著高于健康对照者,与健康对照者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿尔茨海默病患者血清tHcy水平显著增高tHcy可能与认知功能障碍的发病机制有关。 Objective To discuss the relationship between high isotropic cysteine and Alzheimer disease. Method We Selected 67 pa- tients with Alzheimer's disease, and 70 healthy controls and determined the level of serum tHey by using the Enzyme immunoassay chemilu- minescence Method. Results tHcy level of patients with Mzheimer's disease was significantly higher than those in healthy controls, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum tHcy level of patients with Alzheimer' s disease is significantly higher and it may be associated with cognitive dysfunction pathogenesis.
