补肾活血方对实验性骨折愈合过程中IGF-Ⅰ的影响 被引量:28

摘要 目的 :观察补肾活血方对实验性骨折愈合过程中血清胰岛素样生长因子 - (IGF- )的影响。方法 :选择 7月龄 SD大鼠 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 1 2只。手术方法建立骨折实验模型后 ,治疗组动物每次给服补肾活血方药液 2 0 g· kg- 1 ,连续 2 8天。对照组给服等容量生理盐水。分别于药后 1 4、2 8天检测血清 IGF- 浓度 ,并进行骨痂组织骨密度 (BMD)测定 ,骨痂组织力学强度测试。结果 :血清 IGF- 浓度在 2、4周时明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5) ;骨痂组织骨密度及力学强度测试在 4周时明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :补肾活血法促进骨折愈合作用部分是通过提高 IGF- Objective:To observe the effect and influence of kidney invigoration and activate the blood on insulin like growth factorⅠ (IGFⅠ) in fracture healing process in the rat.Method:Twenty four 7monthold SD rats were randomized into two groups of 12 each:the therapy group and the control group.After the experimental model of fracture by operation was established,the therapy group was treated with Guyu tablet (GYT) 20g/kg body weigh/day for 28 days continuously by oral,whereas the control group was treated with equivalent salina.Serum IFGⅠ concentration was dectected and bone mineral density (BMD) as well as biomechanical strength of callus were measured at 2,4 weeks.Results:Serum IGFⅠ concentration of the therapy group was highter than that of the control group (P<0.05,<0.01) at 2th and 4th weeks.At 4th week,BMD in callus area and biomechanical testing of the therapy group were higher than that of control group.Conclusion:It is one of machanism & promoting fracture healing with kidney invogoration and activite the blood that might parthy increase IGFⅠ in rat with fracture.
