摘要
云浮调度数据一期建设覆盖地调、县调、220 kV及以上变电站,二期建设覆盖地调、110 kV变电站。文章结合云浮电力调度数据网一、二期建设实际,在技术原则、网络拓扑、实施方案、配套建设、验收测试、人员培训等方面进行了总结与提炼,归纳了调度数据网络建设的技术与管理要求,期望为调度数据网的建设与运行管理维护提供有意义的参考。
The first part of Yunfu Electric Power dispatching data network covers the regional dispatching, the county-level dispatching, 220 kV and above substation, and the second part covers the regional dispatching, 110 kV substation. Based on the construction of two parts, this paper summarizes the experiences of technology principle, network topology, implementation program, supporting construction, acceptance test, personnel training, and concludes the key technologies and management requirements of construction of dispatching data network. It is hope that the paper could provide the meaningful reference for construction, operation and maintenance of electric power dispatching data network.
