仰卧整复手法治疗颈椎病的临床观察

The Cinical Observation of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Orthopaedic in Supine Position

目的 :观察仰卧整复手法治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 :参照全国颈椎病专题座谈会纪要和国家中医药管理局制定的中医病证诊断疗效标准进行诊断和判定疗效 ,并采用积分法对治疗前后的主要症状和体征进行分析研究。结果 :仰卧整复手法治疗组和牵引对照组治疗有效的百分比分别为 97.2 %和 95.0 % ,二者无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。该手法对缓解颈痛及上肢放射痛 ,改善颈源性头痛、头晕和颈部活动不利等症状具有较好的临床效果。结论 :仰卧整复手法治疗颈椎病具有和牵引相似的临床疗效 。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of cervical spondylosis treated by orthopaedic in supine position.Method:According to the summery of symposium on cervical spondylosis and standard diagnosing disease and curative effect that was formulated by Administrative Bureau of T.C.M.of China,we analyzed main symptons and signs by intergration before and after treatment.Result:The efficacious rate of the group treated by orthopeadic and the contrast group treated by mechanical traction was 97.2% and 95.0%.They didn't differ greatly.This massage manipulation had a better curative effect for relaxing cervical pain and radiated pain in the upper limbs,improving headache caused by cervical spondylosis,dizziness,limitation of cervical movement,and so on.Conclusion:Treating cervical spondylosis by orthopeadical manipulation had the same curative effect as by mechanical traction,but the patients were readily receptive to the manipulation.
