Orem自理模式在维持性血液透析并发心力衰竭护理中的应用

The Application of Orem Self-care Model in the Maintenance Hemodialysis Concurrent Heart Failure Care

目的探讨Orem自护理论在维持性血液透析并发心力衰竭护理中的作用。方法对维持性透析并发心力衰竭6例患者分别通过全补偿系统、部分补偿系统、支持—教育系统进行护理。结果 4例患者能下床且生活自理,1例患者在床上自理,1例患者因经济原因自动出院。结论运用Orem自护理论指导血液透析并发心力衰竭患者的护理,有效提高其自理能力和自我管理能力,减轻抑郁,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the Orem of self-care theory in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with heart failure care in rats.Methods for maintaining hemodialysis complicated with heart failure in 6 patients respectively through the compensation system,compensation system,support and education system for nursing.Results 4 patients could get out of bed and self-care,1 patients in bed and self-care,1 patients because of economic reasons automatic discharge.Conclusion the application of Orem self-care theory to guide the hemodialysis nursing care for patients with heart failure,effectively improve the self-care ability and self management ability,alleviate depression,improve their quality of life.
