青光眼术后浅前房的原因与治疗

The Causes and Treatment of Shallow Anterior Chamber after Glaucoma Surgery

目的分析青光眼术后浅前房的原因及治疗方法。方法对我院2007年1月至2012年10月132例(138眼)青光眼行小梁切除术,分析术后发生浅前房的25眼的原因及治疗。结果 25眼发生浅前房,其中I度浅前房16眼,II度浅前房7眼,III度浅前房2眼,经保守治疗23眼恢复,2眼手术治疗。结论青光眼小梁切除术容易引起术后浅前房,但经过积极的保守治疗大多能恢复。

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery.Methods 132 patients（138eyes） of glaucoma were treated by trabeculectomy from Jan,2007 to Oct,2012.The causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber in 25 eyes after glaucoma surgery were analyzed.Results 25 eyes presented absence anterior chamber,I degree in 16 eyes,II dergee in 7 eyes,III degree in 2 eyes,Most of them were managed with non-surgical therapy,2eyes received surgical interference.Conclusion trabeculectomy easily caused Shallow anterior chamber,Most patients′ anterior chamber can recover without non-surgical therapy.
