修复联合正畸治疗在前牙错畸形中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Repair Joint Orthodontic Treatment Front Teeth Malocclusion

目的探讨修复联合正畸治疗在前牙错畸形中的临床效果。方法选取2009年8月至2012年2月期间在我院牙科接受治疗的前牙错畸形患者42例,均采取修复联合正畸治疗方法,并进行随访1~3年,观察正畸效果。结果本组所有患者经过正畸、修复联合治疗后,前牙错畸形均成功治愈,成功率为100%;经随访1～3年发现,40例成功,成功率为95.24%,有2例患者失败,失败率为4.76%。讨论正畸与修复联合治疗前牙错畸形,弥补了单一治疗方法的不足,从根本上改变患者的面形和咬关系,实现了功能与美观的相统一,且成功率高,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the repair joint orthodontic treatment in front teeth and wrong tooth deformity in clinical effect.Methods The August 2009 to February 2012 in our hospital dental treatment during the wrong tooth front teeth and deformity patients 42 cases,all take repair joint orthodontic treatment method,and follow-up 1 ~ 3 years,observation orthodontic effect.Results All patients after all orthodontics repair joint after treatment,the wrong tooth front teeth and deformity all successfully cure,become,power is 100%;The 1 ~ 3 year＇s follow-up found,40 patients with success,success rate of 95.24%,with two patients failure,the failure rate of 4.76%.Conclusion Orthodontic and repair the combination therapy wrong tooth front teeth and deformity,to make up for the lack of a single treatment method,thus fundamentally changing the face form of patients and close relationship with his teeth,realized the function and beauty of unification,and high success rate,curative effect is distinct,is worthy to be popularized.
