2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗的临床护理及干预

Type 2 Diabetic Insulin Pump Therapy and Clinical Nursing Interventions

目的分析探讨给予2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗时实施临床干预护理后的临床效果。方法选取我院在2010年3月至2011年9月期间收治的180例2型糖尿病患者,将180例患者随机平均分为A、B两组,治疗方法均为泵强化治疗,A组患者实施常规护理,B组患者实施干预护理,比较两组患者护理后的临床效果。结果两组患者在血糖控制情况方面比较,B组患者明显优于A组患者(P<0.05)。结论临床对应用胰岛素泵强化治疗的2型糖尿病患者实施干预护理,可以有效控制患者血糖,减少患者不良心理状态,有利于患者提高生活质量。

Objective To analysis for type 2 diabetic patients with intensive insulin pump treatment implementation of clinical nursing intervention after clinical effect.Methods From March to 2011 in our hospital in 2010 September treated 180 cases of type 2 diabetic patients,180 patients were randomly divided into two groups of A,B,methods of treatment for the pump treatment,patients in group A implementation of routine nursing care,patients in group B intervention nursing care,were compared between the two groups after clinical effect.Results Two patients in the control of blood sugar in comparison,patients in group B was higher than that of group A（P0.05） in patients with.Conclusion The clinical application of insulin pump in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients nursing intervention can effectively control blood sugar,patients,patients with adverse psychological state,is helpful for patients to improve the quality of life.
