腮腺混合瘤切除术后并发症的观察及护理体会

Observation and Nursing Experience on Complications after Mixed Tumor of Parotid Gland Resection

目的探讨腮腺混合瘤切除手术术后并发症的护理方法。方法选取腮腺混合瘤切除术患者184例,随机分为两组各92例,使其有可比性。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上针对术后并发症实施相应护理措施。对两组患者并发症发生率进行统计,并请两组患者对护理满意情况进行评价。结果 38.04%的观察组患者发生术后并发症,明显低于对照组81.52%的发生率;观察组患者对护理感到非常满意和满意者分别为67.39%和96.74%,对照组分别为38.04%和84.78%,观察组患者明显高于对照组。上述比较两组差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腮腺混合瘤切除术患者针对术后常见并发症给予针对性的护理措施,有利于患者康复,并可改善护患关系。

Objectives To observe the nursing methods on complications after mixed tumor of parotid gland resection.Methods 184 patients with mixed tumor of parotid gland resection were selected and divided into comparable groups randomly,each group for 92 cases.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given appropriate nursing measures of postoperative complications on the basis of the conventional nursing.Censusing the complication rate of 2 groups and evaluating the nursing satisfaction of 2 groups.Results There were 38.04% of the observation group occurring complications,which was lower evidently than 81.52% of the control group.The patients of very satisfied and satisfied with nursing was 67.39% and 96.74%,which was more evidently than 38.04% and 84.78% of the control group.The comparison between 2 groups had evident difference,which had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Giving appropriate nursing measures of postoperative complications on patients after mixed tumor of parotid gland resection is good for the recovery of patients and can improve the nurse-patient relationship.
