法舒地尔注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床评价

摘要 目的观察法舒地尔注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效,并与内科基础治疗相对照。方法将60例TIA患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对患者治疗前后的TIA发作情况及血液流变学进行对照比较。结果两组治疗前后TIA发作情况和血液流变学比较均有明显改善(P<0.01),治疗后两组相互对照上述指标有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论法舒地尔注射液治疗TIA有较好疗效。
