阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平及体重影响的对照研究

A control study of the impact of Aripiprazole on serum prolactin levels and body weight in first-episode schizophrenia patients

目的:探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平及体重的影响。方法:由临床医师根据病情初步评估后,按照入院顺序随机平行交叉分组,对153例首发精神分裂症患者分成研究组(阿立哌唑)和对照组(利培酮),比较两组治疗前与治疗后4、8、12、24周血清催乳素水平及体重变化。结果:研究组76例,实际完成53例,对照组77例,实际完成56例,研究组与对照组治疗前组间血清催乳素水平和体重,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗前、后血清催乳素水平和体重比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后血清催乳素水平和体重比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:研究组对首发精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平,体重影响小;对照组对患者血清催乳素水平、体重影响明显。研究药物治疗首发精神分裂症患者疗效肯定,对血清催乳素水平及体重影响小,长期治疗可能降低意外风险,提高治疗依从性,减少复发。

Objective：To explore the influence of Aripiprazole and Risperidone on serum prolactin levels and body weight in first- episode schizophrenia patients. Methods：According to illness after the initial assessment by clinicians, in accordance with the hospital order and stochastie parallel cross classification, 153 patients with first -episode schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into study group （Aripiprazole） and control group （Risperidone）. To compare serum prolactin level and weight change between the two groups before treatment and after treatment of 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks. Results： In 76 cases of the study group, 53 cases actually were finished, In 77 cases of the control group, 56 cases actually were finished. Between the research group and the con- trol group before treatment in serum prolactin levels and body weight, there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. In the study group before and after treatment, in serum prolactin level and body weight, comparative differences was not statistically signif- icant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. In the control group before and after treatment in serum prolactin level and body weight comparative differences show statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Effect on serum prolactin level and body weight of schizophrenia patients with the first episode in the study group is small. Effect in the control group on serum prolactin level and body weight in patients is obvious. The drug therapy to patients with first episode schizophrenia illustrates affirmative treatment effect and small effect on serum prolactin level and body weight. Long - term therapy may reduce the risk of accidents, improve treatment compliance, reduce recurrence.
