磁共振动态增强成像、扩散加权成像在鉴别乳腺良恶性病变中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 乳腺癌作为女性恶性肿瘤中最常见的一种疾病已经严重威胁到女性的健康。据统计乳腺癌正以每年百分之三到四的比率迅速增长,而且发病的年龄趋向年轻化。本研究主要是通过用1.5T磁共振(MRI)动态增强中形态学、时间信号强度曲线(TIC)与扩散加权成像(DWI)中病变的ADC值的差异进行对比,并将两种方法联合应用,旨在进一步提高乳腺癌的检出率及准确度。
