荧光原位杂交技术在膀胱癌诊断中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)在膀胱癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对30例可疑膀胱尿路移行上皮细胞肿瘤的血尿患者的尿液标本同时行尿脱落细胞学检测和荧光原位杂交分析,并与最终的病理学检查结果对比。结果尿脱落细胞学的灵敏度为33.33%,特异度为100%,FISH的灵敏度为85.71%,特异度为88.89%,两者灵敏度相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两者特异度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FISH技术在检测膀胱移行上皮细胞癌方面具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,在膀胱癌的诊断中具有重要的临床意义和实用价值。
