医院感染管理质控中心对医院感染控制工作的促进作用分析

Promoting Effect of Center for Nosocomial Infection Quality Control on Nosocomial Infection Management

目的定量分析医院感染管理质控中心对医院感染控制的促进作用。方法比较质控中心自成立以来,长沙市医院感染管理工作在组织机构设立、人力资源建设、手卫生设施配备及依从性和重点科室改造方面的变化情况。结果自2006年长沙市医院感染管理质控中心成立后,在中心的推动下,长沙市医院感染管理组织机构设置率、管理人员参训率、院感管理专职人员学历、专业结构、医院工作人员手卫生知识知晓率以及对重点科室改造情况都有了进一步的提高。结论医院感染管理质控中心是一种有效的医院感染管理模式,其对医院感染控制工作具有较强的促进作用。

Objective To quantitatively evaluate the promoting effect of the Center for Nosocomial Infection Quality Control in nosocomial infection management.Methods We analyzed and compared the difference of nosocomial infection management in organization establishment,construction of human resources,deployment and compliance of hand hygiene facilities and transformation of key departments in Changsha City since its inception.Results The further improvements have been made in the rate of organization establishment,the percentage of administrative staff training,educational background of full-time staff,professional structure,hospital staff＇s awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge,and transformation of key departments in nosocomial infection management in Changsha City.Conclusions The Center for Nosocomial Infection Quality Control is an effective pattern of strengthening the nosocomial infection management and control.
