摘要 目的 :探讨 P5 3、Bcl- 2、c- fos基因在脑胶质瘤表达水平以及和细胞凋亡的相关性。方法 :采用免疫组织化学 S- P染色法对 47例脑胶质瘤组织蜡块标本进行 P5 3、Bcl- 2、Fos蛋白的检测。结果 :47例脑胶质瘤中 P5 3、Bcl- 2、Fos蛋白的阳性率分别为 48.9% (2 3/ 47) ;5 7.4% (2 7/ 47) ;46 .8% (2 2 / 47) ;其中多形性胶质母细胞瘤的 P5 3蛋白阳性水平要高于星形细胞瘤 ,而 Bcl- 2蛋白阳性水平则是星形细胞瘤组显著高于多形性胶质母细胞瘤。结论 :P5 3、 Bcl- 2、 c- fos基因的异常表达与脑胶质瘤的发生、发展关系密切 ,而 P5 3、Bcl- 2的表达水平则与脑胶质瘤的恶性及分化程度有关 ,并可能使肿瘤细胞凋亡过程障碍。 Objective:To investigate expression of P 53 、bcl 2 and c fos proteins in human brain Gliomas Method:47 cases of gliomas were detected by S P immunohistochemical staining Result:Expression of P 53 、bcl 2 and c fos proteins were positive in 48 9%(23/47),57 4%(27/47),46 8%(22/47) respectively;P 53 expression of glioblastoma multiply was more high than P 53 expression of astrocytoma,whereas most astrocytoma was positive bcl 2 protein Conclusion:High level expression of P 53 、bcl 2 and c fos proteins play important roles in genesis progress and prognosis of human brain Gliomas;P 53 and bcl 2 genes can influence apoptosis of tumor
