高健美延缓衰老的临床研究

Clinical study of prolonging senility with Gao-Jianmei

目的 :观察增龄对人血清中甲状腺激素 (TH)、胰岛素样生长因子 - 1(IGF- 1)及脱氢表雄酮 (DHEA)变化及用高健美治疗老年人后甲状腺功能 (甲功 )、 IGF- 1、 DHEA和肾虚衰老症状的改变。方法 :从健康体检的人群中 ,选择 5 0例属于肾虚衰老的老年人作为治疗组 ,选择老年前期及青壮年期各 30例作为对照组 ,分别检测甲功 (TT3、 TT4、 FT3、 FT4) ,IGF- 1、DHEA、肝功能及心电图 ;对治疗组用小剂量高健美治疗 ,每日 3片 ,3个月为一疗程 ,用 2个疗程 ,每个疗程结束后复查以上指标 ,并对治疗前后的肾虚衰老积分值进行记分 ,所有结果进行统计学处理。结果 :随着增龄 ,青壮年组、老年前组及老年组血清 TT3、 FT3、 FT4、 IGF- 1及 DHEA水平逐渐下降 ,各组比较有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,TT4改变不显著(P >0 .0 5 ) ,高健美治疗 ,可使其下降的水平升高 ,3个月后 ,可达老年前组水平 ,治疗 6个月与 3个月比较 ,无明显性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后 ,衰老积分值降低 ,肾虚衰老的症状得到显著改善 ,高健美治疗无明显毒副作用。结论 :增龄可使血液循环中 TH、IGF- 1及 DHEA的浓度呈进行性下降 ,高健美治疗可提高其浓度 ,使其达到老年前组的水平 ,并可改善老年人肾虚衰老的症状。

Objective:To get the information about changes of the Thyroid hormone(TH)、Insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1) and Dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA) in the serum with aging and their changes after taking Gao Jianmei(GJM) Methods:50 cases of old person in kindney deficiency served as treatment group;30 cases of healthy presenium person and 30 cases of young robust years as control group Thyroid function(TT 3、TT 4、FT 3、FT 4)、IGF 1、DHEA、Liver function and Electrocardiogram(ECG) were measured respectively Treatment group:Taking GJM 3 tables per day for 3 months as 1st course of treatment,and totaled 2 courses Marking value of kidney deficient aging was recorder before and after treatment Results:TT 3、FT 3、FT 4、IGF 1 and DHEA decreased gradually with increasing age in all groups(P<0 01) The changes of TT 4 was not distinct(P>0 05) The hormone levels elevated obviously after treatment with GJM for 3 months and approached presenium group level There is no significance difference comparing with after 6 months treatment(P>0 05) The aging marking value was decreased and symptoms of kideney deficient aging had been improved after treatment The GJM had no toxic and side effect Conclusion:The levels of TT 3、FT 3、FT 4、IGF 1 and DHEA significantly decreased gradually with aging except TT 4 The GJM can elevated their levels in circulation and approached presenium group level In addition,It can improved the symptoms of kidney deficient aging in old persons
