中青年急死1268例尸检分析

Study on 1268 cases of adult sudden death autopsy

目的 :为了解我国中青年急死的特点。方法 :从我国 2 2所医学院校或医院病理科和 /或法医系登记的急死尸检资料 ,选出年龄在 15～ 5 9岁之间的急死病例进行分析。结果 :共选出 12 6 8例 ,男 95 5例 ,女 313例 ,男∶女 =3∶ 1。导致中青年急死前三位原因是 :心血管系统疾病 (35 .9% )、消化系统疾病 (2 1.9% )、原因不明者 (17.0 % )。常见的几种疾病有冠状动脉性心脏病 ,大脑内出血 ,急性出血性胰腺炎。结论 :中青年急死主要原因是心血管系统疾病、消化系统疾病和原因不明者。

Object:To analysis the character of adult sudden death Methods:The data of adult sudden death autopsy were collected from the files,which were recorded by Department of Pathology from 22 Medical Schools or Hospitals in China Results:1268 cases were selected and consisted of 955 male cases and 313 femal cases The ratio of male to femal was 3∶1 Among the main causes of adult sudden death were cardiovascular diseases(35 9%),digestive system diseases(21 9%) and reason unknown(17 0%) Conclusion:The adult sudden death were most commonly caused by circulative system diseases and digestive diseases
