The Study on Adult Education Promoting Small Minority Culture Inheritance

当前,少小民族生存的自然环境与制度环境都发生了变化,这一方面促进了少小民族地区的发展,另一方面也使少小民族地区面临着新的挑战——其民族文化传承断裂,因而做好发展与传承间的平衡成为当前少小民族地区的必然。成人教育在促进少小民族文化传承方面有其优势,因而成人教育应有强烈的文化传承使命感,树立正确观点,营造良好氛围,将民族文化传承作为目的之一,在教育内容中渗透民族文化,以促进少小民族文化传承。

The natural environment and institutional environment of small ethnics are changed currently, which promotes the development of small ethnics and results in new challenges. Small ethnics were deprived of their culture, so keeping the balance between development and inheritance is necessary. Adult education has superiority on impelling small ethnics~ culture inheritance, so adult education must have a sense of mission, set up the positive view, create atmosphere, take it as a aim, permeate small ethnics~ culture in the teaching content to inherit small ethnics＇ culture.
