高职院校学生道德素质教育的目标主要是培养学生的基本素质和职业素质。加强高职院校学生道德素质教育不仅有利于推进社会主义精神文明建设,而且对于完善学生的人格和实现其人生价值都有重要作用。通过加强校园文化建设,将中华传统文化渗透到高职院校道德素质教育中,加强高职院校教师队伍道德素质教育,从而不断提升高职院校学生的道德素质。
